Each exhibitor’s space must be claimed, set up, and the street cleared by 10 a.m. both days. No display goods or packing items may be left on sidewalks. All Bigfork businesses will be open. Exhibits must be taken down Saturday evening. Tear-down time is 5 to 5:30 p.m. both days. (No early teardown!)

Children must be attended at all times.

Exhibitors will abide by the Festival parking regulations.

The Festival reserves the right to remove any exhibitor for any violation of the Festival Regulations.

The Bigfork Festival takes place RAIN or SHINE. Be Prepared!

Application Procedure

1. Complete and sign the application form.

2. Enclose 3 images of your current work and one of your booth/display. Images will be accepted as slides or digitally on a CD. Label slides or CD with your name, description of work and price.

3. Specify special needs: water and/or electricity

4. Enclose a nonrefundable check or money order for $20. Applications are due April 15.

5. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped return envelope big enough to fit your slides or CD. No return envelope = no notification of status and no return of slides/CD.

Jurying

Selection to the Festival is based on a 5-7 member jury committee. The only items presented for jurying will be those represented in your slides/CD. Make sure you submit an accurate representation of your current work, and that the images are clear and of good quality.

Jurying is anonymous. Each applicant is assigned a number - no names are used. Jurors look for work that is well conceived and executed, shows imagination and individuality, and demonstrates quality craftsmanship.
